Inhale, feel the feet. Exhale, relax the shoulders…

This Earth experience is quite something, isn’t it? In the process of trying to understand why we are here and what this life is about, humans have created so many complex systems and frameworks. The field of experience is crowded with the artifacts of this endeavor! Schedules, governments, complex familial and social contracts, trends, infrastructure, etc. To my mind it looks like the most chaotic overlapping art collage pasted on an ever-cycling canvas called Nature. It’s creative and adventurous and also fraught with suffering. In the search to find meaning for the mystery of life, humanity has found itself grasping for control instead of celebrating it with shared wonder.

This is why I am here. To see you, your own personal collage and how it overlaps with all the others. I can see the whole thing. I’ve got big vision! This way of seeing fosters not only the therapeutic result of being in a compassionate and empathic container of presence, but also gives us insight into where you’ve been, and where you are headed.

In the spirit of shared wonder, in celebration of the great mystery of life, it is an honor to be of service in this way.
